    YSZ薄膜对H13钢抗氧化性能的影响

    EFFECT OF YSZ FILM ON HIGH-TEMPERATURE OXIDATION PERFORMANCE OF H13 STEEL

    • 摘要: 应用电沉积-烧结方法在H13钢表面制得均匀致密的8% YSZ(钇稳定氧化锆)薄膜,在700 ℃空气中氧化动力学测量表明,表面YSZ薄膜可以显著提高H13钢的抗氧化性能并改变了氧化层的形貌。并对相关的机制进行了探讨。

       

      Abstract: A uniform and dense 8% YSZ film was formed on the surface of H13 steel by electro-deposition and sintering. The effects on the oxidation of the steel at 700 ℃ in air was studied. The results showed that 8% YSZ film improved obviously the oxidation resistance of the steel. The related mechanism was also discussed.
