    金属材料力学性能测试不确定度评定的探讨

    Discuss on Uncertainty Evaluation for Mechanical Properties Testing of Metallic Materials

    • 摘要: 讨论了金属材料力学性能测试不确定度评定的思路,提出将常规力学性能测试量分为直接量和间接量两类,通过分析测试量的量值传递,将直接量不确定度来源分为3个部分进行分析,间接量的不确定度分析则是在直接量的不确定度评定完成后,再分析其他的不确定度来源,最后将这些不确定度分量进行合成。

       

      Abstract: The idea of uncertainty evaluation for mechanical properties testing of metallic materials was discussed, and it was proposed that the measured values should be classified as direct measured values and indirect measured values. Through the analysis of measured value transfer process, the sources of uncertainty of direct measured values were divided into three parts to carry on the analysis. After the completion of the uncertainty evaluation of the direct measured values and the other sources, the uncertainty evaluation of the indirect measured values could be combined by these components.
