    汽车环形钢丝零件电阻对焊后裂纹产生原因分析及改进措施

    Reason Analysis of Crack in Steel Wire Ring Parts of Automobile after Resistance Butt-welding

    • 摘要: 用4.0 mm 70号钢丝通过电阻对焊成环形的某批汽车零件,在焊接打磨后部分零件的焊缝区出现裂纹。通过化学成分分析、硬度测试和断口分析等方法对裂纹产生原因进行了分析。结果表明: 裂纹是由于焊接时电极夹持力不足, 没有充分将杂质挤出, 使焊接后零件内部残留有氧化物引起的。经调整电极夹持力、改变切刀刃口形状及调整回火温度等工艺参数后, 杜绝了裂纹的产生, 零件各项焊接性能指标均达到了图纸要求。

       

      Abstract: A kind of automobile ring part was made by 4.0 mm 70 steel wire welded by resistance butt-welding. The cracks was found in the area of welding line of parts after polishing. The reason of cracks was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, fracture analysis and so on. The results showed that it was caused by the lack of chucking power of electrodes, the impurity had not been extruded fully, so there were remain some kinds of oxide in the parts. After adjusted the chucking power of electrodes, changed the shape of cutter and temperature of tempering, the cracks were eliminated and all the welding performances of part were met to the request of drawing.
