    洛氏硬度B标尺测量不确定度的评定及分析

    • 摘要: 通过试验对金属洛氏硬度B标尺的不确定度进行了研究,建立了数学模型,分析了测量不确定度的来源。评定结果表明,在包含因子k=2时,洛氏硬度HRB值的扩展不确定度是0.8。

       

      Abstract: The measurement uncertainty for metal Rockwell hardness testing of B Gauge was studied. The mathematical model was set up,and the source of measurement uncertainty was analyzed. The result showed that the expanded uncertainty of HRB was 0.8 when k=2.
