    哥林柱断裂失效分析

    Failure Analysis on Fracture of a Tie Bar

    • 摘要: 采用化学成分分析、断口分析、低倍检验、金相检验以及力学性能测试等方法, 分析了某42CrMo钢哥林柱断裂的原因。结果表明: 该哥林柱断裂是热应力型淬火残余应力与钢中氢共同作用产生的延迟开裂, 负载试验时受到缓慢加载的附加应力作用诱发了氢脆的产生;其次严重的带状组织偏析增加了材料的附加组织应力。最后提出了相应的改进措施及建议。

       

      Abstract: The fracture reasons of a tie bar had been analyzed by means of chemical compositions analysis, fracture analysis, macroscopic examination, metallographic examination and mechanical properties test. The results show that the delayed fracture of the tie bar mainly resulted from the combination of thermal quenching residual stress and hydrogen in the steel, and the extra stress after slow loading caused hydrogen embrittlement when loading test. Severe banded segregation increased the additional structural stress as well. Finally corresponding methods and suggestions were put forward.
