Abstract: It was briefly introduced including the methods of linear density measurement, sample preparation, preload setting for tensile properties of carbon fibers multifilament and monofilament, and some matters of attention in tensile test, which were the important influence factors for testing accurately the mechanical properties of carbon fiber.
