Abstract: The bolt was ruptured during assembly. We were observing the bolt macro-morphology of fracture surface, analyzing micro-morphology zone. With bolt's machining technics and assembling technics, we analyzed and discussed assembling technics of the bolt especially. At last, found out the reason of the bolt failure.
