Abstract: Combining with metallographic microscope and original position analyzer, the causes of fracture cracking during tensile test of AH32 ship plate steel were analyzed. The results show that the fracture cracking during tensile test was related to central segregation, non-metallic inclusions and abnormal microstructure, and improvement measures were pointed out.
