    冷处理温度对CF62C低合金高强度钢冲击性能的影响

    Influence of Cold-treatment Temperature on Impact Property of Low-alloy High-strength Steel CF62C

    • 摘要: 在-50 ℃至室温范围的不同温度对CF62C低合金高强度钢进行冷处理, 将冷处理试样和室温下的试样进行夏比(V型)冲击试验, 并对冲击试样进行冲击吸收能量测试和显微组织、断口形貌的分析。研究结果表明: CF62C钢在室温和0~-40 ℃的冷处理条件下有良好的低温冲击韧度, 在-40 ℃冲击吸收功大于300 J, 而冷处理温度下降至-50 ℃时, 冲击吸收功小于135 J,且其断口微观特征呈沿晶脆性断口; CF62C钢的脆性转变温度为-50 ℃。

       

      Abstract: Low-alloy high-strength steel CF62C was cold-treated at the temperature ranged from room temperature to -50 ℃. Charp-V impact tests were carried out for those cold-treated samples and room temperature samples. Absorbent impact energy, microstructure and fracture surface were analyzed. The results showed that steel CF62C had favorable low-temperature impact toughness after cold-treatment at the temperature from 0 ℃ to -40 ℃, as well as at room temperature. At -40 ℃, the absorbent impact energy of steel CF62C was 300 J, and then decreased to 135 J at -50 ℃, where brittle fracture was observed on the fracture surface. The brittle transition temperature of steel CF62C was -50 ℃.
