摘要: 某公司所使用的冷却塔热交换器铜管在使用过程中出现了穿孔现象。对水质、铜管及产物进行了全面分析,结果表明:由于维护不当,致使所用循环水中氯离子含量过高是铜管失效的主要原因。铜管表面的腐蚀失效行为是由电化学腐蚀和化学腐蚀共同作用的结果,电化学腐蚀为主要因素,化学腐蚀次之。水中氯离子含量较高,导致铜管表面发生了电化学腐蚀,可溶性盐含量较高,促进了小孔腐蚀的发展。Abstract: Perforation failure occurred in the copper pipes for cooling tower in use. The water, copper pipes and filth product were analyzed, and the results showed that the main failure reason was the excessive amounts of chloride ions in circulating water because of the improper maintenance. The failure was the result of electrochemical corrosion and chemical etching, and electrochemical corrosion was the main reason. The electrochemical corrosion occurred because of the excessive amounts of chloride ions and soluble salt promoted the hole corrosion.
