    40CrNiMoA圆钢冲击功偏低原因分析

    Reason Analysis on Low Impact Energy of 40CrNiMoA Steel Bar

    • 摘要: 通过化学成分分析、力学性能测试和金相检验分析了某批40CrNiMoA圆钢冲击功偏低并呈现方向性的原因。结果表明:严重的带状组织偏析直接影响了材料的冲击功。通过分析带状组织的成因, 采取了等温退火工艺,从而有效控制了带状组织偏析,进而改善了冲击性能。

       

      Abstract: Chemical composition, mechanical properties and microstructure were inspected to analyze the reason leading to impact property degradation and directivity of one batch 40CrNiMoA steel bars. The results showed that the banded structure in microstructure giving rises to the bad impact performance, and isothermal annealing was employed to eliminate banded structure for satisfying impact energy after analyze the reason of banded structure.
