    X光透镜在X射线衍射中的应用

    Application of X-ray Lens in X-ray Diffraction

    • 摘要: 介绍了毛细管X光透镜的工作原理和物理特性。将微会聚X光透镜应用于四圆衍射仪,对直径为0.6,0.4和0.2 mm的化合物晶体做了衍射对比试验。结果表明:在衍射分辨率和调光精度达到原来试验要求的前提下,三种尺寸的晶体衍射强度得到了不同程度的提高,其中直径为0.2 mm的化合物晶体的衍射强度增益接近5倍。同时介绍了其在残余应力衍射分析中的应用。

       

      Abstract: Operating principle and physical characteristics of capillary X-ray lens are introduced. Using the slightly focusing X-ray lens in the four circle X-ray diffractometers,contrast experiment of crystal compounds with different diameter (0.6,0.4 and 0.2 mm) was conducted. The results showed that when diffraction resolution and precision satisfied the requirements of experiments,the diffracted intensities of three crystals mentioned above obtained increase with different degree. And the diffracted intensity of the crystal with 0.2 mm diameter was raised closed to 5 times. In the same time,the residual stresses experimental results of foreign researchers using parallel X-ray lens were introduced.
