Abstract: The cracking reason of boiler tube was analyzed by the method of macro fracture,chemical composition and microstructure and so on. The results showed that boiler tube was used for too high temperature in the long time,carbide along grain boundary were formed and weaken interatomic bonding force,oxidation of wall and ektexine of tube were result to crack quickly of boiler tube.
