    不同梯度对增K法疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验的影响

    The influence of different gradients on the fatigue crack growth rate test of increasing-K method

    • 摘要: 以7050-T7451铝合金板材为研究对象,加工裂纹扩展M(T)试样,采用增K法进行疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验中裂纹扩展阶段的测试,分别设置不同梯度,从da/dNK曲线中,记录不同梯度对疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验中裂纹扩展阶段的影响。结果表明:将试样裂纹扩展阶段的梯度分别设置为0.04,0.06,0.08,从数据拟合得到的曲线可以看出,不同梯度对疲劳裂纹扩展速率无明显影响;但根据试验结束后的数据可以看出,梯度越大,试验力越大,循环周次越低。在实际应用中,当设备试验力与行程足够大时,梯度越大,试验所需时间越短,采用较大的梯度可显著提高试验效率。

       

      Abstract: In this study, 7050-T7451 aluminum alloy plate was used as the research material, and M(T) specimens for crack growth were prepared. The crack growth stage in the fatigue crack growth rate test was carried out using the increasing-K method with different gradient values. The influence of different gradients on the crack growth stage in the fatigue crack growth rate test was recorded from the da/dNK curves.The results show that when the gradients during the crack growth stage were set at 0.04, 0.06, and 0.08 respectively, the data-fitted curves indicated that different gradients had no significant effect on the fatigue crack growth rate. However, the test data revealed that a larger gradient corresponded to a higher test force and shorter fatigue cycles. In practical applications, when the test force and stroke of the equipment were sufficient, a larger gradient could shorten the test duration and significantly improve the test efficiency.
