    220 kN·m复合式扭矩标准机的研制

    Development of a 220 kN·m compound torque standard machine

    • 摘要: 采用测力式扭矩标准机与参考式扭矩标准机相结合的方式,研制了220 kN·m复合式扭矩标准机,介绍了该设备的结构功能、工作原理,以及整体设计方案的技术特点,利用部件溯源的方法进行验证。结果表明:该设备的力值准确度等级满足标准要求的0.05级水平,该设备的研制可以解决目前大量程扭矩的溯源问题。

       

      Abstract: A 220 kN·m compound torque standard machine was developed by combining a force-measuring torque standard machine with a reference torque standard machine. The structural function, working principle, and technical features of the overall design were introduced. Verification was conducted using component traceability methods. The results show that the force accuracy class of this device met the standard requirement of 0.05 accuracy class, and its development could address the current traceability issues for large-range torque measurements.
