Abstract:
A 220 kN·m compound torque standard machine was developed by combining a force-measuring torque standard machine with a reference torque standard machine. The structural function, working principle, and technical features of the overall design were introduced. Verification was conducted using component traceability methods. The results show that the force accuracy class of this device met the standard requirement of 0.05 accuracy class, and its development could address the current traceability issues for large-range torque measurements.
