    三元乙丙橡胶热空气老化后抗拉强度的不确定度

    Uncertainty of tensile strength of EPDM rubber after hot air aging

    • 摘要: 对影响三元乙丙橡胶热空气老化后抗拉强度的不确定度因素进行分析,建立了不确定度的数学模型,分析了重复性测试、试样拉伸时记录的最大力、厚度、宽度及热空气老化温度的波动等因素对不确定度的影响。结果表明:重复性测试因素对不确定度的影响最大,微机控制电子万能试验机、测厚仪、读数显微镜、热空气老化箱等设备对不确定度影响较小。

       

      Abstract: An analysis was conducted on the uncertainty factors affecting the tensile strength of EPDM rubber after hot air aging, and a mathematical model of uncertainty was established. The effects of repeated testing, maximum force recorded during sample stretching, thickness, width, and fluctuations in hot air aging temperature on uncertainty were analyzed. The results show that the factor of repeatability testing had the greatest impact on uncertainty, while equipment such as microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machines, thickness gauges, reading microscopes, and hot air aging chambers had a relatively small impact on uncertainty.
