    气体绝缘封闭组合开关壳体泄漏原因

    Leakage causes of the housing for gas-insulated closed combination switches

    • 摘要: 某气体绝缘封闭组合开关刀闸气室壳体发生SF6气体泄漏故障。采用宏观观察、渗透检测、X射线数字成像检测、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析、有限元仿真分析等方法对气体绝缘封闭组合开关壳体泄漏的原因进行分析。结果表明:局部区域Al、Si元素含量较高,在铸造过程中,壳体材料产生疏松和气孔缺陷,且缺陷在补焊时未被完全去除,在内部介质应力和焊接残余应力的综合作用下,壳体发生开裂,并产生贯穿性缺陷,最终导致壳体发生泄漏故障。

       

      Abstract: The SF6 gas leakage fault occurred in the air chamber housing of a gas insulated closed combination switches. The causes of the leakage of the gas insulated switchgear housing were analyzed by means of macroscopic relationship, penetration detection, X-ray digital imaging detection, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, finite element simulation analysis. The results show that the content of Al and Si elements in the local area was high. During the casting process, the housing material produced loose and porosity defects, and the defects were not completely removed during the repair welding. Under the combined action of internal medium stress and welding residual stress, the housing cracked and produced penetrating defects, which eventually led to leakage failure of the housing.
