    30 MN液压式力标准机液压系统设计

    Hydraulic system design of 30 MN hydraulic force standard machine

    • 摘要: 针对30 MN液压式力标准机液压缸泄漏及活塞与缸体间的摩擦问题,在系统总结国内外相关研究与应用经验的基础上,创新性地设计了新型液压缸机构,并引入双油路控制技术。通过上述技术改进,有效提升了设备的控制性能,最终使该液压式力标准机的灵敏度与重复性综合精度达到万分之一水平。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of hydraulic cylinder leakage and friction between piston and cylinder body of 30 MN hydraulic force standard machine, based on the systematic summary of relevant research and application experience at home and abroad, a new type of hydraulic cylinder mechanism was innovatively designed, and double oil circuit control technology was introduced. Through the above technical improvements, the control performance of the equipment was effectively improved, and finally the sensitivity and repeatability of the hydraulic force standard machine reached the level of one in ten thousand.
