    扫描电镜能谱分析和红外光谱法对未知试样成分的鉴别方法

    Identification method of unknown sample composition by scanning electron microscope energy spectrum analysis and infrared spectroscopy

    • 摘要: 采用扫描电镜能谱分析(SEM-EDS)与红外光谱分析(FTIR)相结合的方法,对一起案件中提取的白色粉末状未知试样进行成分分析与鉴定研究。通过SEM-EDS技术对试样的元素组成进行定性与定量分析,推断其主要元素为氧、铝和硫,且各元素的质量分数之比为8∶1∶2。进一步结合FTIR图谱的检索与比对,初步判定该试样为铵明矾。为验证分析结果的可靠性,通过化学试验对试样的反应特性进行验证,所得结果与推断一致。研究结果表明,联合使用SEM-EDS与FTIR能够高效、快速地识别未知粉末试样的化学组成,具有操作简便、分析快速等优势,可为刑事技术领域中的物证分析提供科学依据和技术参考。

       

      Abstract: The unknown white powder samples extracted from a case were analyzed and identified by scanning electron microscopy energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) combined with infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The elemental composition of the sample was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by SEM-EDS technology. It was inferred that the main elements were oxygen, aluminum and sulfur, and the mass fraction ratio of each element was 8∶1∶2. Further combined with the retrieval and comparison of FTIR spectra, it was preliminarily determined that the sample was ammonium alum. In order to verify the reliability of the analysis results, the reaction characteristics of the samples were verified by chemical tests, and the results were consistent with the inference. The results show that the combined use of SEM-EDS and FTIR could efficiently and quickly identify the chemical composition of unknown powder samples. It had the advantages of simple operation and rapid analysis, which could provide scientific basis and technical reference for the analysis of physical evidence in the field of criminal technology.
