    不同加载方式对复合钢板裂纹起裂行为的影响

    The influence of different loading methods on the crack initiation behavior of composite steel plates

    • 摘要: 对FH40+317L爆炸复合钢板在室温及-60 ℃条件下分别进行轴向循环拉压疲劳试验、正向三点弯曲疲劳试验、侧向三点弯曲疲劳试验,对试验结果及断口的形貌进行分析。结果表明:在轴向循环拉压载荷和正向三点弯曲载荷下,裂纹起裂位置分别位于基层和复合层,此时起裂行为与组合层的材料性能及所受应力状态有关;在侧向三点弯曲载荷下,裂纹起裂位置位于界面,表明界面处含有缺陷,是复合钢板的薄弱处,防断设计时需要重点考虑。

       

      Abstract: Axial cyclic tensile and compressive fatigue tests, forward three-point bending fatigue tests, and lateral three-point bending fatigue tests were conducted on FH40+317L explosive composite steel plates at room temperature and -60 ℃, respectively. The test results and fracture morphology were analyzed. The results show that under axial cyclic tensile and compressive loads and forward three-point bending loads, the crack initiation positions were located in the base layer and the composite layer, respectively. At this time, the initiation behavior was related to the material properties and stress state of the constituent layers. Under lateral three-point bending load, the crack initiation position was located at the interface, indicating that the interface was the weak point of the composite steel plate due to the presence of defects, which needed to be carefully considered in fracture prevention design.
