    Mechanics-energy principle of boundary effect in explosive welding and several typical application examples

    • 摘要: 探讨了爆炸焊接边界效应背后复杂的力学-能量成因,系统阐述了力学-能量原理。在该原理的指导下,明确了复合板伸长变形的原因,解决了大块复合板两次爆炸焊接时基板中间位置出现强烈硬化与开裂的技术难题,使这一力学-能量原理得到了充分论证和巧妙应用。理论分析与实践结果均证实了该原理的正确性,值得在生产实践中灵活运用。

       

      Abstract: The complex mechanics-energy causes behind the boundary effect of explosive welding are discussed, and the mechanics-energy principle is systematically expounded. Under the guidance of this principle, the reason for the elongation deformation of the composite plate is clarified, and the technical problem of strong hardening and cracking in the middle of the base plate during the two explosive welding of the large composite plates is solved, so that this mechanics-energy principle has been fully demonstrated and skillfully applied. Both theoretical analysis and practical results confirm the correctness of the principle, which is worthy of flexible application in production practice.
