    不锈钢法兰开裂原因

    Causes of stainless steel flange cracking

    • 摘要: 某不锈钢法兰在运行过程中发生泄漏事故。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析、有限元分析等方法对法兰泄漏的原因进行分析。结果表明:该法兰在制造过程中,碳化物沿晶界析出,产生了晶间敏化现象;在使用过程中,法兰颈部位置存在应力集中,最终导致法兰发生沿晶脆性开裂。

       

      Abstract: A stainless steel flange experienced a leakage incident during operation. The cause of the flange leakage was analyzed using methods such as macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, finite element analysis. The results show that during the manufacturing process, carbides precipitated along the grain boundaries, leading to intergranular sensitization. During operation, stress concentration occurred at the flange neck, ultimately causing intergranular brittle cracking in the flange.
