    热镀锌板表面白斑产生原因

    Reasons for white spots on the surface of hot-dip galvanized sheet

    • 摘要: 某热镀锌板存储半年后,发现其表面部分区域存在白斑。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析、X射线衍射分析、金相检验等方法分析了热镀锌板表面产生白斑的原因。结果表明:在高温、高湿、高盐的海洋性大气环境中,潮湿空气在板材表面部分区域凝结成液膜,Cl吸附在金属表面,导致介质的电导率增大,表面锈层的电阻减小,进而使镀锌层发生腐蚀,生成了ZnO腐蚀产物,最终在板材表面形成白斑,大气中的SO2对腐蚀的发生也起到了促进作用。

       

      Abstract: After six months of storage, white spots were found on some areas of the surface of a hot-dip galvanized sheet. The causes of surface white spots on hot-dip galvanized sheets were analyzed using macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, metallographic examination. The results show that galvanized sheets were stored in a high-temperature, high humidity, and high salt marine atmospheric environment. The humid air condensed into a liquid film on some areas of the sheet surface, and Cl adsorbed on the metal surface, resulting in an increase in the conductivity of the medium and a decrease in the resistance of the surface rust layer, and led to corrosion of the galvanized layer, generated ZnO corrosion products, and ultimately formed white spots on the sheet surface. The SO2 in the atmosphere also promoted the occurrence of corrosion.
