    汽车深冲薄板边缘开裂原因及改善方法

    Causes and improvement methods of edge cracking of automobile deep drawing thin plate

    • 摘要: 从热轧带卷边部不良组织、边部缺陷、裁边影响及冷轧过程控制问题4个方面对汽车深冲薄板边缘开裂问题进行分析。采用光学显微镜与扫描电子显微镜对各类冷轧缺陷的特征进行微观分析,并对引发汽车深冲薄板边缘开裂的各类热轧缺陷数量进行统计。结果表明:热轧带卷边部不良组织是首要原因,占比超50%,其次为热轧带卷边部缺陷。最后提出相应的注意事项与改善措施,以实现冷轧汽车薄板产品质量的提升。

       

      Abstract: The edge cracking problem of automobile deep drawing thin plate occurred frequently. The four aspects of the poor structure of hot rolled strip edge, the defect of edge, the influence of edge cutting and the control problem of cold rolling process were analyzed. The characteristics of various cold rolling defects were analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, and the number of various hot rolling defects that caused the edge cracking of automobile deep drawing thin plate was counted. The results show that the poor microstructure of hot rolled strip edge was the primary reason, accounting for more than 50%, followed by hot rolled strip edge defects. Finally, the corresponding precautions and improvement measures were put forward to improve the quality of cold rolled automobile thin plate products.
