    2205双相不锈钢管路腐蚀泄漏原因

    Reasons for corrosion and leakage of 2205 duplex stainless steel pipelines

    • 摘要: 某化工厂2205双相不锈钢废水管路发生泄漏现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、腐蚀深度测试、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对管路泄漏的原因进行分析。结果表明:2205不锈钢管路发生了点腐蚀,管材内壁存在较多颗粒状σ相,降低了材料的耐点腐蚀性,在酸性环境和氯离子作用下,点腐蚀坑萌生并快速发展,最终导致管路腐蚀穿孔。

       

      Abstract: A leakage occurred in the 2205 duplex stainless steel wastewater pipeline of a certain chemical plant. The causes of pipeline leakage were analyzed using macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, corrosion depth testing, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the 2205 stainless steel pipeline experienced pitting corrosion, with many granular σ phases on the inner wall of the pipe, which reduced the pitting corrosion resistance of materials. Under acidic conditions and the action of chloridion, pitting corrosion pits emerged and rapidly developed, ultimately led to corrosion perforation of the pipeline.
