    某超超临界1 000 MW机组水冷壁管泄漏原因

    Causes of leaks in the water-cooled wall tubes of a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit

    • 摘要: 某电厂超超临界1 000 MW机组锅炉水冷壁管在运行过程中发生泄漏。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对水冷壁管的泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明:前墙螺旋水冷壁管焊口开裂及焊缝附近区域产生横向裂纹的原因为材料发生了热疲劳;左侧墙垂直水冷壁管的横向裂纹是在热疲劳和高温腐蚀的共同作用下形成的。

       

      Abstract: A leakage occurred in the water-cooled wall tubes of a ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW unit at a power plant. The causes of the leakage were analyzed using macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the cracking at the welds of the front wall spiral water-cooled wall tubes and the transverse cracks near the welds were caused by thermal fatigue of the material. The transverse cracks in the left wall vertical water-cooled wall tubes formed due to the combined effects of thermal fatigue and high-temperature corrosion.
