    Development and prospects of intelligent laboratories for metallurgical physical and chemical testing

    • 摘要: 随着工业4.0和智能制造的推进,冶金行业正面临转型升级的关键时期。传统理化检验方法在效率、精度和成本方面逐渐暴露出诸多缺点,而智能化实验室的出现为行业带来了新的机遇。系统分析了冶金理化检验智能化实验室的核心技术架构、典型应用场景及发展中的挑战与对策,并对未来趋势进行了展望。结果表明:智能化实验室不仅是冶金行业高质量发展的必然选择,更是从“经验驱动”向“数据驱动”转变的重要支撑。

       

      Abstract: With the advancement of industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing, the metallurgical industry is facing a critical period of transformation and upgrading. Traditional physical and chemical testing methods have gradually exposed many shortcomings in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and cost, while the emergence of intelligent laboratories has brought new opportunities to the industry. The core technology architecture, typical application scenarios, challenges and countermeasures in the development of the intelligent laboratory for metallurgical physical and chemical testing are analyzed, and the future trend is prospected. The results show that intelligent laboratories are not only an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of the metallurgical industry, but also an important support for the transition from “experience-driven” to “data-driven”.
