    压缩机吸气阀片断裂原因

    Reason for compressor suction valve plate fracture

    • 摘要: 某压缩机吸气阀片发生断裂事故。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对阀片的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:吸气阀片组织内部存在明显的腐蚀点,以及呈断续条带状分布的硫化物夹杂物,降低了吸气阀片的力学性能,材料自身的硬度较大,阀片腰部产生应力集中,夹杂物处萌生了微裂纹,在应力作用下,裂纹不断扩展,最终导致吸气阀片发生早期脆性疲劳断裂。

       

      Abstract: A compressor suction valve plate fracture accident occurred. The fracture cause of the valve plate was analyzed using macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that there were obvious corrosion points and sulfide inclusions distributed in intermittent strips inside the structure of the suction valve plate, which reduced the mechanical properties of the suction valve plate. The material itself had a high hardness, and stress concentration occurred at the waist of the valve plate. Microcracks were initiated at the inclusions, and under stress, the cracks continued to propagate,and ultimately led to early brittle fatigue fracture of the suction valve plate.
