    局部热处理对钛合金窄间隙焊接接头残余应力的影响

    The effect of local heat treatment on residual stress in narrow gap welded joints of titanium alloy

    • 摘要: 对大厚度钛合金窄间隙焊接接头开展了局部加热消应力处理研究,分析了局部加热温度、保温时间及加热宽度等工艺参数对钛合金焊接接头残余应力的影响,采用钻孔应变法进行残余应力测试。结果表明:在垂直于焊缝的x方向上,残余应力随着距焊缝中心距离的增加而先增大再减小,距焊缝中心10~20 mm处出现残余应力峰值;在平行于焊缝的y方向上,在距焊缝中心0~5 mm处出现残余应力峰值;通过升高局部加热温度,焊接接头的残余应力大幅减小。

       

      Abstract: A study was conducted on local heating stress relief treatment of thick titanium alloy narrow gap welded joints. The influence of process parameters such as local heating temperature, insulation time, and heating width on residual stress in titanium alloy welded joints was analyzed, and residual stress testing was carried out using drilling strain method. The results show that in the x-direction perpendicular to the weld seam, the residual stress first increased and then decreased with the increase of distance from the center of the weld seam, and a residual stress peak appeared at a distance of 10-20 mm from the center of the weld seam. In the y-direction parallel to the weld seam, the peak residual stress appeared at a distance of 0-5 mm from the center of the weld seam. By increasing the local heating temperature, the residual stress of the welded joint was significantly reduced.
