    GH4169镍基高温合金晶粒度评定的影响因素

    Influence factors on grain size evaluation of GH4169 nickel based high-temperature alloy

    • 摘要: 采用比较法和截点法对GH4169镍基高温合金进行晶粒度评定,分析不同腐蚀方法、检验人员、评定方法对材料晶粒度评定结果的影响。结果表明:不同腐蚀方法对材料的晶界显示效果影响较大,材料经化学腐蚀或电解腐蚀后,晶粒显示效果较差且无法达到评判要求时,可采用热酸腐蚀法;当材料晶粒组织均匀性较差时,采用比较法评定晶粒度结果差异较大;对于晶粒组织均匀、晶界显示衬度良好的试样,不同检验人员的晶粒度评定结果差异至少为0.5级;采用截点法评定晶粒度结果的精确度较高,其不确定度主要来源于截点统计,但该统计过程引入的不确定度通常小于0.1级。

       

      Abstract: The grain size assessment of GH4169 nickel based high-temperature alloy was carried out using comparative and intercept methods, and the influence of different corrosion methods, inspectors, and assessment methods on the material grain size assessment results was analyzed. The results show that different corrosion methods had a significant impact on the grain boundary display effect of materials. When the material underwent chemical corrosion or electrolytic corrosion, and the grain display effect was poor and could not meet the evaluation requirements, the hot acid corrosion method could be used. When the uniformity of material grain structure was poor, there was a significant difference in the results of evaluating grain size using comparative method. For samples with uniform grain structure and good grain boundary contrast, the difference in grain size assessment results among different inspectors should be at least 0.5 levels. The accuracy of using the intercept method to evaluate grain size was relatively high, and its uncertainty mainly came from intercept statistics, but the uncertainty introduced by this statistical process was usually less than 0.1 level.
