    最新国内外常用维氏硬度试验标准的差异

    Differences in the latest commonly used Vickers hardness test standards at home and abroad

    • 摘要: 从硬度计和标准硬度块要求、试样要求、期间核查、压痕测量等方面,对国内外常用维氏硬度试验标准ASTM E92-23、ISO 6507.1:2023和GB/T 4340.1—2024进行了对比分析。结果表明:对于压痕测量允许误差,标准ASTM E92-23的要求略高;对于示值误差和重复性,在不同的标尺或硬度值范围,3个标准的要求不一致,互有高低;在试样要求、压头检查、压痕放大倍数选择、期间核查记录处理等方面,标准ASTM E92-23的规定更具体且便于操作;标准GB 4340.1—2024和ISO 6507-1:2023关于使用标准块上压痕检查对角线长度测量系统的规定,在验证压痕测量系统有效性的同时,还可修正检测人员对压痕尖端“卡线”习惯带来的系统误差,明显优于标准ASTM E92-23。

       

      Abstract: A comparative analysis was conducted on the commonly used Vickers hardness testing standards ASTM E92-23, ISO 6507.1:2023, and GB/T 4340.1—2024 at home and abroad, from the aspects of hardness tester and standard hardness block requirements, specimen requirements, period verification, and indentation measurement. The results show that the allowable error for indentation measurement is slightly higher than the requirements of standard ASTM E92-23. For indication error and repeatability, the requirements of the three standards are inconsistent and have varying degrees of superiority in different scales or hardness value ranges. In terms of sample requirements, indentation inspection, selection of indentation magnification, and handling of verification records during the period, the provisions of standard ASTM E92-23 are more specific and easy to operate. The provisions of GB 4340.1—2024 and ISO 6507-1:2023 regarding the use of a diagonal length measurement system for indentation inspection on standard blocks not only verify the effectiveness of the indentation measurement system, but also correct the systematic errors caused by the testing personnel’s habit of “wire jamming” at the indentation tip, which is significantly better than the standard ASTM E92-23.
