    钢板力学性能测试智能化实验室建设

    Construction of an intelligent laboratory for testing the mechanical properties of steel plates

    • 摘要: 随着自动化与智能化技术的发展,自动化、智能化制样及检测技术已在钢板的力学性能测试领域得到广泛应用。试样制样设备自动化程度的提升,有助于保障试验数据的独立性与可靠性,减少人为干预,减少由人为因素引发的试验结果误差。建立了由全自动激光切割设备、数控加工中心、冲击加工中心及集中管控系统等组成的智能化实验室,实现了对钢材试样的自动识别,并能根据试样类型自动完成对应试样的加工;利用AGV搬运、分拣,将试样输送至全自动试验机,依次完成自动上料、测试及废样回收等环节,最终达成力学性能试样全流程制样与测试的无人化、智能化目标。

       

      Abstract: With the development of automation and intelligent technology, automation, intelligent sample preparation and detection technology were widely applied in the field of the steel plate mechanical performance testing. The improvement of sample preparation equipment automation helped to ensure the independence and reliability of experimental data, reduce human intervention, and minimize experimental result errors caused by human factors. An intelligent laboratory composed of automatic laser cutting equipment, CNC machining center, impact machining center and centralized control system was established. The automatic identification of steel samples were realized, and the processing of corresponding samples could be automatically completed according to the type of samples. Using AGV to carry and sort, the samples were transported to the automatic testing machine, and the automatic feeding, testing and waste sample recycling were completed in turn. Finally, the unmanned and intelligent goal of the whole process of sample preparation and testing of mechanical properties samples was achieved.
