    M27双头螺栓断裂原因

    Fracture reason of M27 double-head bolt

    • 摘要: 某两根M27双头螺栓在现场安装过程中发生断裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析、金相检验等方法对螺栓断裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:双头螺栓在镀锌工艺之前就存在氢脆裂纹,导致螺栓在现场安装时在外力作用下发生一次性断裂;双头螺栓的硬度和强度偏高,导致材料的氢脆敏感性升高,进一步增大了氢脆开裂的风险。

       

      Abstract: Two M27 double-head bolts fractured during the installation. The causes of bolt fracture were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination. The results show that there were hydrogen embrittlement cracks in the double-headed bolts before the galvanizing process, which led to one-time fracture under the action of external force when the bolts vere installed. The high hardness and strength of the double-headed bolt led to the increase of the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of the material, which further increased the risk of hydrogen embrittlement cracking.
