    某光电稳定平台齿轮断裂原因

    Reason for gear fracture on a certain optoelectronic stabilization platform

    • 摘要: 某光电稳定平台的传动锥齿轮在冲击试验后发现有5个轮齿发生断裂。采用宏观观察、扫描电镜及能谱分析、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试等方法对锥齿轮断裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:齿轮的轮齿部位已淬透,导致齿轮脆性增大;在振动试验过程中,与大齿轮咬合的部分轮齿根部产生疲劳损伤,在后续的冲击载荷作用下,疲劳损伤快速扩展,导致齿轮发生过载断裂。改变齿轮表面硬化工艺,调整齿轮有效硬化层深度,使齿轮具有外硬内韧的特点,或增加小齿轮齿宽和模数,提高小齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度,均可避免齿轮开裂。

       

      Abstract: After impact testing, it was found that 5 teeth of the transmission bevel gear of a certain optoelectronic stabilization platform fractured. The reasons for the fracture of bevel gears were analyzed using macroscopic observation, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing. The results show that the gear teeth were hardened, led to an increase in gear brittleness. During the vibration test, fatigue damage occurred at the root of the teeth that engaged with the large gear. Under subsequent impact loads, the fatigue damage rapidly expanded, led to overload fracture of the gear. Changing the surface hardening process of gears, adjusting the effective hardening layer depth of gears to make them have the characteristics of external hardness and internal toughness, or increasing the tooth width and modulus of small gears to improve the bending fatigue strength of small gear roots could all avoid gear cracking.
