    空压机曲轴断裂原因

    Reasons for crankshaft fracture of an air compressor

    • 摘要: 某空压机曲轴发生断裂现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析、力学性能测试、金相检验等方法对曲轴断裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:曲轴R处的硬度偏低、尺寸偏小、存在明显的机械加工车刀纹,导致曲轴R处的疲劳强度偏低,产生了应力集中,萌生了疲劳裂纹,在交变载荷的作用下,曲轴发生疲劳断裂。

       

      Abstract: The crankshaft of a certain air compressor was broken. The causes of crankshaft fracture were analyzed using macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscopy analysis, mechanical property testing, metallographic examination. The results show that the hardness at crankshaft R was low, the size was small, and there were obvious machining tool marks, resulting in low fatigue strength at crankshaft R and stress concentration, and the initiation of fatigue cracks. Under the action of alternating loads, the crankshaft experienced fatigue fracture.
