    风机主轴42CrMo4合金钢里氏硬度与布氏硬度的换算关系

    Conversion relationship between Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness of 42CrMo4 alloy steel for wind turbine main shafts

    • 摘要: 采用硬度试验方法得到了风机主轴42CrMo4合金钢里氏硬度与布氏硬度的对应关系,采用线性回归、二次非线性回归和对数回归的方法对试验数据进行分析,并对不同的换算关系式进行比较。结果表明:采用二次非线性回归公式进行数据拟合具有较好的吻合性,经公式换算,能够对42CrMo4合金钢的布氏硬度进行较好地预测,具有一定的工程应用意义。

       

      Abstract: The correspondence between Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness of 42CrMo4 alloy steel for wind turbine main shafts was obtained using hardness testing methods. The experimental data were analyzed using linear regression, quadratic nonlinear regression, and logarithmic regression, with different conversion formulas compared. The results show that the quadratic nonlinear regression formula provided the best fit for the data. Through formula conversion, Brinell hardness of 42CrMo4 alloy steel could be accurately predicted, demonstrated practical significance for engineering applications.
