    反应釜焊缝开裂原因

    Reasons for cracking of reaction kettle welds

    • 摘要: 某反应釜在使用3个月后出现明显渗漏现象。采用宏观观察、扫描电镜及能谱分析、金相检验等方法对该反应釜的开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:反应釜内部附加镍板的焊缝中部开裂,外部不锈钢板的焊缝焊趾开裂导致反应釜发生泄漏;内焊缝裂纹性质为焊接热裂纹,外焊缝裂纹性质为应力腐蚀裂纹。

       

      Abstract: A certain reaction kettle was found to have obvious leakage after 3 months of use. The cracking cause of the reaction kettle was analyzed using macroscopic observation, scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination. The results show that the middle of the weld seam of the additional nickel plate inside the reaction vessel cracked, and the toe of the weld seam of the external stainless steel plate cracked, causing leakage in the reaction vessel. The nature of the internal weld crack was welding hot cracking, and the nature of the external weld crack was stress corrosion cracking.
