    基于专利分析的核级电缆老化评估技术发展

    Development of nuclear grade cable aging assessment technology based on patent analysis

    • 摘要: 核电站各类电缆的使用环境特殊,需要各类技术手段保证其能够在核电机组服役期间安全运行。如果能够通过评估手段对电缆的使用状态进行合理评估以及对电缆寿命进行准确预测,就能够在保证安全的前提下节约成本。针对近30 a核级电缆老化评估领域的国内外专利申请,从专利申请的年度分布、区域分布、主要申请人、核心专利技术等方面分析了该项技术的发展状况,并指出现阶段存在的问题,从而对相关企业的发展、技术研究提出了改进建议。

       

      Abstract: The use environment of various cables in nuclear power plants is special, and various technical means are needed to ensure their safe operation during the service of nuclear power units. If the use state of the cable can be reasonably evaluated and the cable life can be accurately predicted by means of evaluation, the cost can be saved on the premise of ensuring safety. In view of the domestic and foreign patent applications in the field of nuclear grade cable aging assessment in the past 30 years, the development status of this technology is analyzed from the aspects of annual distribution, regional distribution, main applicants and core patent technology of patent applications, and the existing problems are pointed out, so as to put forward suggestions for the development and technical research of related enterprises.
