    汽车运输环境下SPCC钢桶开裂原因

    Reasons for cracking of SPCC steel drums in automotive transportation environment

    • 摘要: 某SPCC钢桶在汽车运输中发生开裂事故。采用宏观观察、力学性能测试、化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析、金相检验,以及有限元分析等方法对钢桶开裂的原因进行分析,并提出了优化方案。结果表明:钢桶因在运输过程中发生颠簸和平行滑动,导致其发生疲劳开裂;在不增加钢桶厚度的情况下,在其底部增加橡胶防震垫,可有效提升SPCC钢桶的抗疲劳性能。

       

      Abstract: A SPCC steel drum experienced a cracking accident during transportation by car. The reasons for the cracking of steel drums were analyzed using macroscopic observation, mechanical property testing, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscopy analysis, metallographic examination, and finite element analysis, and optimization solutions were proposed. The results show that the steel drum experienced fatigue cracking due to bumps and parallel sliding during transportation. Adding rubber shock pads at the bottom of SPCC steel drums without increasing their thickness could effectively improve their fatigue resistance.
