    • 摘要: 橡胶软管具有优异的耐高温、耐高压、耐辐射和耐腐蚀等性能,可以用于介质输送、能量传递和安全防护等,在核电站中发挥着重要作用。重点分析了核电站橡胶软管的材料选择、分类构造、性能要求,探讨了软管在极端环境下的失效机制及老化评估方法。研究结果为橡胶软管提供了详实的参考资料,从而推动核电站用橡胶软管的国产化进程,确保核电站的安全、高效运行。

       

      Abstract: Rubber hoses have excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, radiation resistance and corrosion resistance. They can be used for medium transportation, energy transfer and safety protection, and play an important role in nuclear power plants. The material selection, classification structure and performance requirements of rubber hose in nuclear power plant are analyzed, and the failure mechanism and aging evaluation method of hose in extreme environment are discussed. The research results provide detailed reference materials for rubber hoses, so as to promote the localization process of rubber hoses for nuclear power plants and ensure the safe and efficient operation of nuclear power plants.
