    某油田注水井N80钢油管腐蚀穿孔原因

    Causes of corrosion perforation of N80 steel tubing in an oilfield water injection well

    • 摘要: 某油田注水井的N80钢油管发生腐蚀穿孔现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析、X射线衍射分析等方法对油管腐蚀穿孔的原因进行分析。结果表明:现场水中存在大量的CO2和H2S,二者使油管发生腐蚀,腐蚀产物附着在管壁上,同时注入水中存在大量的Cl,在Cl的作用下,油管逐渐发生点腐蚀;多种腐蚀作用协同进行,导致油管发生了较为严重的局部腐蚀,局部腐蚀缺陷逐渐扩大,最终形成了腐蚀穿孔。

       

      Abstract: Corrosion perforation occurred in N80 steel tubing of an oilfield water injection well. The causes of corrosion perforation of tubing were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that there were a lot of CO2 and H2S in the field water, which caused corrosion of the oil tubing, and the corrosion products were attached to the pipe wall. At the same time, there were a lot of Cl in the injected water. Under the action of Cl, pitting corrosion gradually occurred on the oil tubing. A variety of corrosion effects worked together, resulting in serious local corrosion of the tubing, and the local corrosion defects gradually expanded, eventually formed a corrosion perforation.
