    热塑性弹性体胶垫鼓包原因

    Reasons for bulging of thermoplastic elastomer pads

    • 摘要: 某热塑性弹性体充电胶垫在使用过程中出现鼓包现象。采用红外光谱仪对胶垫材料的分子结构进行分析,利用同步热分析仪研究了材料的热稳定性,并通过扫描电子显微镜观察了鼓包处的微观形貌,同时使用万能材料试验机测试了其力学性能。结果表明:胶垫在充电过程中局部受热升温,导致材料中的油脂向表面迁移,同时色粉、碳酸盐填料等颗粒也以油脂为载体向表面富集;油脂迁移量越大,颗粒迁移越明显,鼓包现象也越严重。

       

      Abstract: A thermoplastic elastomer charging pad experienced bulging during use. The molecular structure of the charging pad material was analyzed using an infrared spectrometer, and the thermal stability of the material was studied using a synchronous thermal analyzer. The microstructure of the bulge was observed using a scanning electron microscope, and its mechanical properties were tested using a universal material testing machine. The results showed that during the charging process, the thermoplastic elastomer charging pad was locally heated and heated, causing the oil and grease in the material to migrate to the surface. At the same time, particles such as color powder and carbonate fillers were also enriched on the surface using oil and grease as carriers. The larger the amount of oil migration, the more obvious the particle migration, and the more severe the bulging phenomenon.
