    核电电缆聚合物材料的β辐照效应

    β irradiation effect of polymer materials for nuclear power cable

    • 摘要: 聚合物材料广泛应用于核电电缆中,对3种核电电缆聚合物材料进行不同吸收剂量、剂量率和辐照温度条件下的β辐照试验,研究了材料力学性能和电气性能的变化规律。结果表明:在经历β辐照后,材料的断后伸长率和体积电阻率一般同时减小,但在高温辐照后体积电阻率反而增大。研究成果为核电电缆的合格鉴定试验和设计选材提供了数据支持,并为理解电缆聚合物材料的辐照老化行为提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: Polymer materials were widely used in nuclear power cables.The β irradiation tests of three kinds of polymer materials for nuclear power cables under different absorbed doses, dose rates and irradiation temperatures were carried out. The mechanical properties and electrical properties of the materials were studied. The results show that after β irradiation, the elongation and volume resistivity of the material generally decreased at the same time, but the volume resistivity increased after high temperature irradiation. The research results provided data support for the qualification test and design selection of nuclear power cables, and provided a reference for understanding the irradiation aging behavior of cable polymer materials.
