    700L钢板折弯后表面开裂原因

    Causes of surface cracking of 700L steel plate after bending

    • 摘要: 某工件由6 mm厚700L钢板折弯成型而成,成型后在其折弯棱附近出现一条长裂纹并发生断裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、扫描电镜和能谱分析、金相检验等方法对工件的开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:钢板存在表面裂纹,导致钢板折弯后开裂,该表面裂纹的产生原因是其原始钢坯表面存在裂纹,裂纹在后期热轧过程中被压扁、延伸。

       

      Abstract: A workpiece was formed by bending a 6 mm thick 700L steel plate. After forming, a long crack appeared near the bending edge and broke. The cracking reasons of the workpiece were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination. The results show that there were surface cracks in the steel plate, which led to the cracking of the steel plate after bending. The cause of the surface crack was that there were cracks on the surface of the original billet, and the cracks were flattened and extended during the later hot rolling process.
