    高温服役HR3C耐热钢的显微组织变化

    Microstructure variation of HR3C heat-resistant steel in high temperature service

    • 摘要: 针对火电机组用HR3C耐热钢在高温服役过程中显微组织变化的问题,对同一机组同时投运及同批次未经投运使用的高温过热器HR3C耐热钢管进行金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱分析、力学性能测试,初步建立了晶界宽度和晶内第二相的析出、分布情况与力学性能的关系。根据研究结果,将HR3C耐热钢管的老化程度分为未老化(初始态)、轻度老化、中度老化和重度老化4种状态,结果可为HR3C耐热钢组织老化程度的评判分级提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of microstructure change of HR3C heat-resistant steel used in thermal power units during high temperature service, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analysis and mechanical properties test were carried out on HR3C heat-resistant steel tubes of high temperature superheater which were put into operation at the same time and not put into operation in the same batch. The relationship between grain boundary width, precipitation and distribution of intragranular second phase and mechanical properties was preliminarily established. According to the research results, the aging degree of HR3C heat-resistant steel pipe was divided into four states: aging (initial state), mild aging, moderate aging and severe aging. The results could provide reference for the evaluation and classification of the aging degree of HR3C heat-resistant steel structure.
