    蒸发器换热管泄漏原因

    Leakage reason of evaporator heat exchange tube

    • 摘要: 某蒸发器换热管发生泄漏,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析、金相检验、力学性能测试等方法对其泄漏原因进行分析。结果表明:换热管内介质为矿物,不同矿物里面杂质成分不一样,且长时间工作后换热管内容易结垢,需要定期酸洗除垢,存在酸洗后酸未清除干净的可能性;换热管内介质含有腐蚀性元素硫和氯,导致管道内壁在较高温度下发生了腐蚀,加上管道内螺旋流动的高温介质不断撕裂、剥落腐蚀产生的保护膜,使管道内壁产生冲蚀坑,露出新鲜的活性金属表面,冲蚀坑内外构成腐蚀原电池,导致腐蚀速率进一步加快,管壁逐渐减薄,最终换热管发生泄漏现象。

       

      Abstract: Leakage occurred in the heat exchange tube of an evaporator. The causes of leakage were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination,mechanical property test. The results show that the medium in the heat exchange tube was mineral, the impurity components in different minerals were different, and the heat exchange tube was easy to scale after working for a long time. It was necessary to remove the scale by regular pickling, and there was a possibility that the acid was not cleaned after pickling. The medium in the heat exchange tube contained corrosive elements sulfur and chlorine, resulting in corrosion of the inner wall of the pipeline at a higher temperature. In addition, the high-temperature medium in the spiral flow caused the pipeline to continuously tear and peel off the protective film generated by corrosion, resulting in erosion pits and exposing the fresh active metal surface, so that the inside and outside of the erosion pits constituted a corrosion galvanic cell, resulting in further acceleration of corrosion, gradual thinning of the tube wall, and finally leakage of the heat exchange tube.
