    某电机轴承滚珠剥离原因

    Causes of ball peeling of a motor bearing

    • 摘要: 某牵引电机轴承在运行过程中,其内部一个滚珠出现剥离故障。采用宏观观察、扫描电镜及能谱分析、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验等多种方法对滚珠剥离原因进行分析。结果表明:该滚珠发生剥离的根源在于材料内部存在碳化物聚集与Cr元素偏析,该类缺陷在反复集中的接触应力作用下,引起材料的早期疲劳损伤;随着轴承的持续运行,多源疲劳效应不断累积,最终导致滚珠发生剥离。

       

      Abstract: During the operation of a traction motor bearing, a ball inside it peeled off. Macroscopic observation, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic examination were used to analyze the causes of ball peeling. The results show that the root cause of the peeling of the ball was the carbide aggregation and Cr element segregation in the material. This kind of defect caused the early fatigue damage of the material under the action of repeated concentrated contact stress. With the continuous operation of the bearing, the multi-source fatigue effect continued to accumulate, which eventually led to the peeling of the ball.
