Abstract:
The effects of alcohol solvent, hydrolysis time, curing temperature and curing time on the surface morphology, chemical composition, roughness, wettability and neutral salt spray corrosion properties of aluminum alloy micro-arc oxidation samples were investigated. The growth mechanism of silane film was analyzed. The results show that after silanization sealing treatment, the neutral salt spray corrosion resistance time of the sample was significantly extended from the original 24 h to 360 h, and no corrosion occurred. The hydrolysis time of the silane pretreatment solution and the curing temperature of the sample had a significant effect on the continuous formation of the silane film, which had become a key factor restricting the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy micro-arc oxidation sample.
