    硅烷处理对铝合金微弧氧化试样耐腐蚀性能的影响

    Effect of silane treatment on corrosion resistance of Al alloy micro-arc oxidation samples

    • 摘要: 探究了硅烷化封孔过程中醇溶剂、水解时间、固化温度及固化时间对铝合金微弧氧化试样表面宏观形貌、化学成分、粗糙度、浸润性及中性盐雾腐蚀性能的影响规律,分析了硅烷膜层的生长机制。结果表明:硅烷化封孔处理后,试样的中性盐雾腐蚀耐受时间由原始的24 h显著延长至360 h,且未发生腐蚀;硅烷预处理溶液的水解时间与试样的固化温度对硅烷膜的连续性形成具有显著影响,成为制约铝合金微弧氧化试样耐腐蚀性能的关键因素。

       

      Abstract: The effects of alcohol solvent, hydrolysis time, curing temperature and curing time on the surface morphology, chemical composition, roughness, wettability and neutral salt spray corrosion properties of aluminum alloy micro-arc oxidation samples were investigated. The growth mechanism of silane film was analyzed. The results show that after silanization sealing treatment, the neutral salt spray corrosion resistance time of the sample was significantly extended from the original 24 h to 360 h, and no corrosion occurred. The hydrolysis time of the silane pretreatment solution and the curing temperature of the sample had a significant effect on the continuous formation of the silane film, which had become a key factor restricting the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy micro-arc oxidation sample.
