    冷轧镀锌带钢折弯开裂原因

    Reasons for bending and cracking of cold-rolled galvanized strip steel

    • 摘要: 某冷轧厂镀锌带钢试样在折弯试验后经常发生开裂。采用化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验等方法对不同钢种折弯试样开裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:Q195C钢折弯试样开裂的原因为A系列游离渗碳体级别高,Q355B钢折弯试样开裂的原因为带状组织严重,Q420XG钢折弯试样开裂的原因为组织未完全退火;成分优化、热轧轧后控冷和冷轧退火工艺调整等方法可提高材料的折弯性能。

       

      Abstract: After the bending test of galvanized strip steel in a certain cold rolling plant, the samples often cracked. The causes of cracking in bent specimens of different steel grades were analyzed using methods such as chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, and metallographic examination. The results show that the cracking reason of Q195C steel bending specimen was due to the high grade of A-series free cementite, Q355B steel bending specimen was due to severe banded structure, and Q420XG steel bending specimen was due to incomplete annealing of the structure. methods such as component optimization, controlled cooling after hot rolling, and cold rolling annealing process adjustment could improve the bending performance of materials.
