    压盖连接螺栓断裂原因

    Reason for the fracture of the gland connecting bolt

    • 摘要: 某35Cr钢压盖连接螺栓在工作过程中发生断裂现象。采用化学成分分析、宏观观察、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析、硬度测试、有限元分析等方法分析了螺栓断裂的原因。结果表明:螺栓局部存在明显应力集中,螺纹牙底存在磷聚层,在镶嵌机工作时,螺栓受到交变应力的作用,使牙底磷聚层萌生了微裂纹,最终导致螺栓发生疲劳断裂。

       

      Abstract: The connecting bolt of a 35Cr steel gland broke during operation. The cause of bolt fracture was analyzed using methods such as chemical composition analysis, macroscopic observation, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, hardness testing, and finite element analysis. The results show that there was significant stress concentration in the local area of the bolt, and there was a phosphorus aggregation layer at the bottom of the thread. During the operation of the embedding machine, the bolt was subjected to alternating stress, caused microcracks appeared in the phosphorus aggregation layer at the bottom of the thread, ultimately leading to fatigue fracture of the bolt.
